General Contractor

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Home improvement projects including flooring carpet removal & installation, painting, lighting, tiling, remodeling, dry wall, windows, trim, and additional projects as assigned.
- Demo and removal for residential and commercial improvement projects.
- Seasonal projects including landscaping, fencing and deck removal and installation, stucco, paving, siding, power washing, snow removal, and others as required.
- Special projects such as custom beds and furniture, outdoor playhouses, fireplace mantels, and others as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a general contractor, laborer, or applicable profession.
- A valid driver license and reliable transportation to get to and from job locations.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 80lbs.
- Must have standard tools and have a working knowledge or how to safely operate them.
- Commitment to adhering to proper safety protocols.
- A positive attitude and demeanor and willingness to take on additional work as assigned.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to speak with customers when needed.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends to meet deadlines as needed.
