General Contractor

Shadow Contractor is a family owned and operated business dedicated to exceeding our residential and commercial customer expectations. This individual will have the talent, knowledge, and drive to deliver on the exceptional service our customers know and respect us for.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Home improvement projects including flooring carpet removal & installation, painting, lighting, tiling, remodeling, dry wall, windows, trim, and additional projects as assigned.
  • Demo and removal for residential and commercial improvement projects.
  • Seasonal projects including landscaping, fencing and deck removal and installation, stucco, paving, siding, power washing, snow removal, and others as required.
  • Special projects such as custom beds and furniture, outdoor playhouses, fireplace mantels, and others as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a general contractor, laborer, or applicable profession.
  • A valid driver license and reliable transportation to get to and from job locations.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 80lbs.
  • Must have standard tools and have a working knowledge or how to safely operate them.
  • Commitment to adhering to proper safety protocols.
  • A positive attitude and demeanor and willingness to take on additional work as assigned.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to speak with customers when needed.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends to meet deadlines as needed.
